Learn to travel smart!
When you are preparing to travel please travel smart! What do I mean?
I always ask my clients to review their travel documents, they contain so much valuable information.
Such as...
Your flight information
In case of travel issues who do you call? Once you are in travel your travel supplier is the one to call-all information is in your documents.
If you do have a travel delay or cancellation be sure to have any receipts for food, hotel anything you had to purchase. Also if you should ask go to your airline desk and ask for any documentation you might need. Once you are home I can submit your claim-if you purchase travel protection which I recommend. I love to help my clients but when you are traveling you need to obtain any information that will help your claim.

Well you do need to do a few things especially if you are returning to the airport with ground transportation. For example when traveling you have prepaid transfer. You need to meet with your representatives to arrange pick up, they usually give you a meeting time. I admit I have missed these meeting and it is a not easy to contact your rep on resort so attend the meeting!
Another tip is if you have a pickup time arrive early in case they are early, if you are late they will leave!
